The module has been designed to cover a range of topics from performance management, risk and project management, marketing, international management, and customer care to topics specifically aligned with management consultancy such as business planning, problem-solving, undertaking research, workshop facilitation, and notes and models for working as a management consultant.

The essential skills provided by the module aims to equip our students with models and tools to accompany and support academic delivery, as well as training and knowledge in advancing management consulting through academic excellence.
