Since 2017, Professor Frese has been with UE and is the current Program Leader for UE in Iserlohn. His areas of expertise are in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Business Administration. After completing his Master's in Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Dortmund, Frese worked as a research assistant while at the same time working on completing his doctorate in the field of Strategic Management and Corporate Culture. Once finishing his Ph.D., Prof. Frese worked in the consulting sector for several years and worked first in a management consultancy. He moved toward freelancer afterwards, in the turnaround and restructuring management sector.
