The campus is licensed by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, KHDA, and UE is state-accredited in Brandenburg, Germany. This gives students the opportunity to study in Dubai while earning a German degree from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences.

Governance at UE

The Extended University Management (Erweiterte Hochschulleitung – EHL) is the core governance body of UE, composed of the President, Vice Presidents, Chancellor, and the Deans. The EHL meets weekly to discuss and decide on strategic, academic, and administrative matters.

To ensure transparency and accountability, UE publishes concise governance notes that summarize the key discussions, decisions, and action points from each EHL meeting.
