The University of Europe for Applied Sciences offers you a dual course of study in German language in which you obtain a state-recognised professional (tax specialist) and academic (Bachelor of Science) qualification in record time of four years.

Spotlight-Module: "Marketing, Sales & CRM"

This module teaches you about the importance of marketing, sales and CRM and their differences. You will understand how these disciplines work together in practice and understand the different qualification profiles and requirements. We also cover the differences between B2C and B2B organisations and the tools for market, competition and customer analysis. You will look at the customer life cycle and develop measures for the different phases.

In addition, the marketing tools in the classic 4-P and holistic 7-P approach will be presented. You will develop your own recommendation for a customer-oriented company organisation and scrutinise current positioning and sales strategies. We will also discuss the importance of internal marketing and customer centricity. Finally, we will outline the development perspectives of the field against the backdrop of digitalisation, changing values and globalisation of competition.

Your studies at a glance

With the integrated vocational training to become a tax clerk, we go beyond the classic dual study programme - bachelor´s degree + vocational school + practice partner! In the dual course of study with us at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, in addition to business and economics knowledge, you will receive practical professional qualification with a focus on taxes, law and auditing, which you will implement 1:1 during your practical phases in tax offices. The basis modules such as HR and organisation, marketing and business mathematics are part of the core training that you will go through as part of this course. In the 6th and 7th semester you will have the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of complex relationships in the field of taxes, auditing and law using various case studies. Business English classes, which you receive in the first three semesters, prepare you for a career with an international focus.

Why dual studies at UE

Our cooperation with the vocational schools at the respective campus gives our Business & Tax dual degree at the UE have a special trial character that is unique on the market. You receive two degrees within four years of study - the Bachelor of Science with a focus on taxes, law and auditing and the professional qualification as a tax clerk. This shortens the practical period of time until you take your tax consultant exam and your auditor exam from ten to three or four years. Your practice partner will pay you a fixed salary from the first day of your studies. Additionally, many tax and auditing firms will cover the costs of your studies and are interested in keeping the students as full-time employees after they have completed their studies.

Thanks to in-depth practical experience and an extended professional network, you will have a clear advantage when you start your career - either directly with your practice partner or in other industries.
