Are you interested in a interesting and innovative talk by some amazing engineers working in the top of their field?

Then we would like to invite you to our tech and Data Science Guest lectures on the 23rd of May 2023. 

 

The first speaker for this event will be Elena Danchyshyna, Data Visualization Lead at Alexander Thamm GmbH.
the topic of the conversation will be "Agile Dashboards – Data Storytelling ". 

Elena Danchyshyna is an expert in data visualization and has worked in AI & Data Science for over ten years. She develops applications and visualization concepts and supports teams' implementation and evaluation. Elena is the author of the innovative concepts for agile dashboarding and quality standards in the data science projects with the visualization part.

 

Priti Gupta,Senior Manager at PwC will be talking next and the topic of the lecture will be "Machine Learning System Designing"

Priti is an expert in designing and implementing end-to-end ML products and data warehouses. She has a solid background in data mining, statistical analysis,  python, GCP, AWS, Cloud services, BigQuery, model deployment,  monitoring data distribution shifts, and retraining. She has worked for several global clients, including a Food & Grocery delivery MNC, Import & Export regulatory body, an Insurance Company, a Card processing company and Bank with extensive experience in marketing analytics, vendor segmentation, predictive churn modelling, market mix modelling and building advance chatbot.

 

Dr. Seirana Hashemi, Researcher at Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology  will be speaking next and the topic of conversation will be "Relation between Artificial Intelligence and Data Science".

Dr. Seirana has finished her PhD in bioinformatics at the University of Potsdam. She has a bachelor's and master of computer science background with expertise in algorithm design. During her research, as a data scientist, she worked with biological and medical bid data. The last project she worked on was identifying trade-offs in metabolic networks.

 

Last but not the least, Dr. Khaled Alzafari, Senior Product Data Analyst at Just Eat Takeaway will be enlightening our audience with the topic "Data as Fuel for Success: Empowering Stakeholders through the Power of Analytics".

Dr. Khaled, PhD graduate (2019, Magna cum laude) in Quality Management from TU Berlin and published more than six articles on European Higher Education KPIs. He has experience in data and analytics since 2013 and has held key roles at Outfittery and Immobilienscout24. He is a senior product analyst in Operation Pillar at Just Eat Takeaway. He is driven by a passion for leveraging data to drive operational excellence.

The timing of the event will be as follows:

3. Break 12:45 PM to 01:00 PM
4. Third Speaker: 01:00 PM to 01: 40 PM
