International Logistics & Transportation Management, MSc

The Master's degree programme International Logistics and Transportation Management (MSc) is application-oriented and provides students with  knowledge in the areas of logistics and transportation in an international context and in-depth knowledge in the areas of Total Quality Management, Green Logistics and Sustainability, Maritime-, Land-, City- and Air-Logistics as well as Project Management and Advanced Research Methodologies.

Graduates will have a broad, detailed and critical understanding of logistics and transport at the current level of their field of study and can apply this independently in professional contexts. They will be able to independently develop new knowledge and scientific questions, to work on them on the basis of the current state of research and to generate innovative solutions.

The programme is aimed at graduates of economics and technical subjects, in particular logistics management, transport, technical business administration and engineering.

Thanks to the broad range of topics offered in our MSc in International Logistics & Transportation Management, our graduates are well prepared to work in leadership positions in the field of logistics management in a nationally and internationally active company.

If you complete your Master’s degree at UE, you will be well prepared for tomorrow’s job market – depending on the practical experience you have gained during your studies, various job positions are open to you in national and international logistics companies or large corporations. According to Gehalt.de, the average salary of an International Logistics Manager in Germany is between around 3,700 and 6,000 euros gross per month.

UE Master's Reform

More flexibility, more interdisciplinarity, and more practice-oriented - the new Master's programs make the University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) even more attractive! Students in selected MA programs at UE have the choice between a Master's degree with 60, 90, or 120 ECTS credits, giving them full flexibility. Depending on the level of education already achieved and the number of ECTS credits they have obtained in their previous Bachelor's (or Master's) courses, students can apply for one of the three options. Practical experience is also taken into consideration.
