The Marketing Management Master of Arts (M.A.) enables further Ph.D. studies with a final doctorate, possibly as a prerequisite for teaching and research at universities and other institutions.
Whether digital marketing, online marketing, social media marketing, customer management, crisis communication or market research: The master’s program advances the international, interdisciplinary, brand and communication-specific focus of your bachelor’s degree. It comprises four semesters during which will acquire all the skills you need for leadership and design tasks in international marketing management.
Depending on your chosen curriculum (60, 90, or 120 ECTS) you will dive deep into entrepreneurial thinking, culture shaping, strategic digital marketing, influencer communication and corporate social responsibility as well as general advances research methodologies.
The capstone project as well as exciting excursions round off the study program and allow you to gather valuable practical experience for an ideal start into your professional career.

According to your exact position as well as employer, you can expect a wide range of possible starting salaries. While salaries may be lower in the marketing and media sector, you may earn a higher salary working at specialized companies from certain industries such as pharmaceutics, automotive as well as finance.
After completing your master’s degree, you can expect higher salaries than after a bachelor's degree or an apprenticeship. On average, you’ll earn about 40,800 euros gross per year as a career starter (absolventa.de). After 10 years of industry experience, you may reach salaries of roughly 68,000 euros gross per year.
While starters in PR earn about 35,400 euros gross per year, customer relationship managers earn 42,700 and product managers even 46,170 euros gross.
It is important to note that these salary figures are averages and may depend on various factors such as your experience, the location of the company and the size of the company. In larger cities such as Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg, you can usually expect higher salaries.
The University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) is a private university that is not funded by the state but relies on tuition fees. As a result, the cost of studying at UE is higher compared to public German universities. However, the investment is worthwhile. Our graduates acquire essential business skills that distinguish them from graduates of many public universities.
All costs for the Marketing Management Master are already included in the monthly tuition fee: matriculation fee, exam fees, master thesis fee as well as the costs of the Leadership Assessment Center.
