Logistics that is also cost-efficient requires the digital networking of the supply chain: because it makes it possible to bundle and exchange data across companies and create unprecedented transparency along the ordering and delivery processes.

In the International Logistics programme at UE, we use a wide variety of methods to promote the understanding and applicability of entrepreneurial thinking in our students. We not only teach them strategically anchored, entrepreneurial thinking and action (initiative behaviour) based on current management theories, but also interdisciplinary thinking and action as well as the ability to analyse and implement organisational issues in the context of project work in the practical projects and internships. Another focus is on personality development, which our experienced and renowned lecturers promote through teamwork and presentations in front of groups. The International Logistics Management degree programme places a particularly high value on case studies to ensure that the content learned is always applicable in practice.

Globally, markets are developing at a particularly high rate (emerging markets) and are therefore of great importance for the strategy of national as well as internationally operating logistics service providers.

Thanks to the broad range of topics offered in our M.Sc. in International Logistics & Transportation Management, our graduates are well prepared to work in leadership positions in the field of logistics management in a nationally and internationally active company.

Possible career fields are as follows:

  • Regional Logistics Management
  • International Logistics Management
  • Logistics Coordination
  • Logistics Project Management
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Sustainability Management & Green Logistics

If you complete your Master's degree at UE, you will be well prepared for tomorrow's job market - depending on the practical experience you have gained during your studies, various job positions are open to you in national and international logistics companies or large corporations.

According to Gehalt.de, the average salary of an International Logistics Manager in Germany is between around 3,700 and 6,000 euros gross per month. This can vary depending on the size and location of the company, the exact industry and your individual experience and expertise.

  • Renowned university: The University of Europe for Applied Sciences is not only state-recognised, but has also won several awards and is one of the top 10 universities in Germany in the field of business administration in terms of teaching quality.

  • Smooth career start: Business games, case studies, project and research internships as well as excursions complement your theoretical International Logistics studies with valuable practical experience. In addition, the business network of your lecturers is at your disposal.

  • Growing together: Often, the best ideas emerge in the context of a creative exchange. At UE, lecturers, students and cooperation partners from over 50 different nations come together and contribute their individual talents and expertise.

  • Optimal support: The practice-oriented degree programme promotes important skills such as entrepreneurship, creativity, leadership, teamwork, social responsibility and communication. There is also a focus on personal development: students realise their own projects or get involved outside the curriculum.

As a private university, the University of Europe for Applied Sciences is not funded by the state, but by tuition fees. Since we invest in our students with future-oriented teaching, state-of-the-art technical equipment and internationally renowned teaching staff, the tuition fees are correspondingly different than at public universities.

However, the monthly tuition fee already includes all costs, including enrolment fee, Leadership Assessment Centre, examination fees, Master's thesis fee, etc. The monthly tuition fee is paid by the student. By the way, students can choose from various financing options - from scholarships to BAföG. We have summarised further information for you on our website on tuition fees and financing.
