The Master's degree programme International Logistics and Transportation Management (MSc) is application-oriented and provides students with knowledge in the areas of logistics and transportation in an international context and in-depth knowledge in the areas of Total Quality Management, Green Logistics and Sustainability, Maritime-, Land-, City- and Air-Logistics as well as Project Management and Advanced Research Methodologies.
Graduates will have a broad, detailed and critical understanding of logistics and transport at the current level of their field of study and can apply this independently in professional contexts. They will be able to independently develop new knowledge and scientific questions, to work on them on the basis of the current state of research and to generate innovative solutions.
The programme is aimed at graduates of economics and technical subjects, in particular logistics management, transport, technical business administration and engineering.

Show moreLogistics that is also cost-efficient requires digital networking of the supply chain. This is because it makes it possible to bundle and share data across companies and to create an unprecedented level of transparency along ordering and delivery processes.
Various approaches are used in the degree programme to achieve the objectives, including entrepreneurial thinking through case studies with the development of different strategies, strategically anchored, entrepreneurial thinking and action (initiative behaviour) through the presentation and analysis of current management theories, interdisciplinary thinking and action as well as analysis of organisational facts within the framework of project work within the practical projects and internships, personal development through teamwork and presentation to a group.
As part of the teaching method, the focus is on case studies to make the content transferable.

No additional costs will be incurred, such as a matriculation fee, exam fees, master thesis fee or similar, as long as the course is completed within the standard study period.
