University lecturer for Film and Motion Design, Campus Berlin

An Egyptian, Berlin-based artist, designer and educator, elKammar is an interdisciplinary creative whose work spans sound, spatial and audio-visual art and design. With a strong interest in storytelling, performance and technology, the core drive behind his work is the exploration of human–computer interaction and its influence on both the output and the intention behind the work.
elKammar has worked in education for over half a decade, teaching sound design for film, experimental sound and new media arts.
In addition to personal and freelance projects, elKammar is also a musician, multi-instrumentalist, producer and sound engineer, performing at various festivals and independent venues.
