Biography
Catalina Martinez Hernandez obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Guanajuato in Mexico.
She completed her Master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in Econometrics and Applied Economics at the University of Konstanz.
Since October 2015 she is a Ph.D. candidate of the DIW Graduate Center.
During her studies she has focused on Time Series analysis, in particular to Fractionally Integrated processes, Regularization and Factor models. She is currently writing her dissertation entitled "Structural Analysis with Factor models" under the supervision of Prof. Helmut Lütkepohl.
