Prof. Dr. Britta Ruhnau studied business mathematics at TU Dortmund University. She then worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Operations Research of Prof. Dr. Peter Recht and completed her doctorate in the field of mathematical analysis of networks. Prof. Dr. Britta Ruhnau came to UE in 2000 as a lecturer in mathematics and statistics. In addition to quantitative methods, she has a strong focus on didactics. In 2019, she was elected Vice Dean of Economics in Iserlohn.
