T Barbara Barzi-Vogt is a passionate and experienced lecturer for several Applied Sciences Universities. By academic origin she is a communication scientist who gained a wide range of professional experience over decades. Starting as a journalist she changed to commerical texting in reknown advertising agencies in the roaring 90ties of Berlin. She then changed into rather strategic positions within marketing and communication departments from globals like Bayer Pharma to NGO`s like Amnesty International. From there she went into the Berlin Start Up Scene, e.g. leading a StartUp campaign for the german chamber of commerce (IHK Berlin). At this stage of professional maturity she switched to Consulting and Program Management, specialising for agile PM and business transformation processes. She developed her leadership skills with teams up to 250 members in a wide range of industries. While Covid she decided to dedicate her experience to the next generations by going back to university - to teach. Her educational approach is strongly impacted by agile methods and leadership attitude. She is a strong rolemodel of change and constant learning herself and not only wants to educate, but inspire and empower her students to decide right for their own successful career path.
