Curriculum | MBA Diplomacy

The MBA Diplomacy curriculum combines broad business education with specialised knowledge in modern diplomacy. Across three semesters, you will study core MBA modules such as Innovation Management and Leadership Management, while developing a deeper understanding of diplomacy, international relations and global stakeholder engagement.

During the second and third semesters, you will study the specialised modules “The Science and the Dynamics of Diplomacy” and “Diplomacy in Action”.

Dubai offers an ideal environment for project management students. The Diplomacy in Action module advances your understanding of modern diplomacy in a changing geopolitical environment. You will explore how diplomatic practice has evolved in response to globalisation, digital disruption, international crises, economic competition and shifting power structures.
You will learn to identify key actors and stakeholders in international relations, evaluate diplomatic initiatives and understand how communication, negotiation and multilateral cooperation shape outcomes. The module helps you build the ability to design strategic diplomatic interventions that support constructive dialogue, relationship-building and international cooperation.
This module includes, Modern diplomacy and the changing geopolitical landscape, Key actors and stakeholders in international relations, The role of technology, crises and globalisation in diplomatic practice.
