Prevention through sports and exercise is also playing an increasingly incisive role in the healthcare system. In addition, the fitness industry has been recording steady growth for years, both nationally and internationally. With almost 11 million members, fitness is the most successful sport in Germany.
Maintaining health requires a sufficient level of physical and sporting activity.
