Dr. Tamara Fahid is a Guest professor of International Business Management at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, Dubai campus. She is an academic and business consultant with more than 15 years of teaching and professional experience across the UAE, Canada, the United States, Oman and Jordan. Her teaching and research interests include international business management, human resource management, organisational behaviour, leadership, performance management, employee wellbeing, workforce diversity and inclusion, sustainability and green HRM. She adopts a student-centred, applied and case-based teaching approach that connects management theory with organisational practice.
