Dr. Iryna Havryliuk is a University Lecturer with an interdisciplinary background in psychology, languages, communication, cultural studies and business education. Since relocating to the UAE in 2013, she has taught across higher education and language institutions, including the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, MODUL University Dubai, EP Dubai and Eton Institute. Her teaching and academic interests include international management, cultural studies, business communication, employability skills, psychology, intercultural competence and emotional intelligence, with a particular focus on effective communication and collaboration in multicultural environments. She has authored and co-authored 17 scholarly publications and presented research at international conferences in the UAE, Ukraine and the United States.
