Dr. Florian Kriechbaumer is a University Lecturer at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, Dubai campus, with academic and industry expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, strategy, technology and management. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the International University of Monaco, where his research examined entrepreneurial mentoring in incubators, particularly solo founders and the UAE entrepreneurial ecosystem. Alongside academia, he is a startup executive, angel investor and strategy advisor with more than 15 years of international experience spanning SaaS, IoT, digital transformation and business growth in early-stage ventures. His teaching combines academic research with practical industry insights.
