Cyrus Soonawalla is a University Lecturer at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, Dubai campus. He brings over 33 years of senior management, international supply chain, logistics and freight forwarding experience across the Middle East, Africa and CIS region, with specialised expertise in healthcare vertical strategy, key account management and trade lane development. His teaching connects academic theory with practical supply chain strategy, SLA and KPI frameworks, operational decision-making and commercial account management. He has also delivered guest lectures on freight forwarding and supply chain management at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences and Middlesex University Dubai.
