The part-time course consists of five modules and the Master’s thesis. The part-time MBA takes 1.5 years to be completed and will be delivered in a hybrid study mode, with each of the five modules divided into three distinct parts:

  • Self-study: In the first four weeks of each module, the students prepare for the virtual classes by studying online documents and completing tasks.
  • Virtual classroom: In the following six weeks, students participate in online classes.
  • On-campus seminar: Every 10 weeks, students attend a 2-day seminar on campus and take the final module exam on-site. The seminar may be held in different campus locations (Berlin, Hamburg, or Iserlohn) from one module to another, students will be informed in advance.

The modules are independent of each other, which allows for a flexible start. The part-time course is therefore suited for those who need to balance it with their professional and personal lives.
