Student Success Centre Manager (m/f/d)

The University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) is part of the Global University System. In Germany, UE is headquartered in Potsdam and has Berlin, Iserlohn, and Hamburg campuses. UE is distinguished by its particular practical relevance, internationality, modern teaching content, and personal interaction with students. We are looking for a new colleague to join our Student Services team in Berlin on a full-time basis,40 hours a week, in September 2022

Student Success Centre Manager (m/f/d)

The purpose of the UE Student Success Centre is to improve student retention and academic success by providing resources, training, workshops, services, and one-on-one support. The Centre supports students in the pursuit of academic success using a holistic approach to the student learning experience. The Centre comprises a team of academic and learning professionals from the UE library, the Writing Lab, and learning support programs, who offer, along with their program services, the academic readiness micro-credential for all new students, ongoing competency-based workshops for continuing students, and one-on-one student support. The aim is to support students to develop their ability to learn & study independently and impact all students' attainment, achievement, and progress.
