Senior Advisor Scheduling (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:
•Implementing and optimizing an academic information or planning process, especially in thecontext of timetable, room and information planning.
•Ensuring data completeness and data correctness in Campus Net (e.g. of academic data,timetable information, costs, etc.)
•Controlling timetable planning (controlling and management of the total number of classes offered, keeping track of the number of hours taught by internal and external instructors, as well as planning and controlling elective areas)
•Creation and implementation of an occupancy concept for teaching rooms and other spaces forall events (academic and non-academic) as well as evaluation and further development of effective space utilization
•Development of examination, course and event calendars
•Support in the enrollment process (e.g., monitoring the number of seats per group, making class schedules available online, etc.)

Your profile:
•Completed university studies and relevant practical experience in university administration
•Initial experience as a team coordinator
•Ideally, user knowledge of the Campus Net database system or a comparable system
•Enjoy working with cross-site teams and interfaces
•Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
•A high degree of initiative, organizational talent, ability to work in a team, reliability, commitment, loyalty and flexibility round off your profile
