We are looking for a new colleague to join our UE Services team at our UE Innovation Hub in Potsdam (near Berlin) on a part-time basis/20 hours a week,at the earliest possible date


Scheduling Expert (m/f/d)


Your Tasks:

•Determining, scheduling and coordinating individual staffing needs regarding teaching staff to be scheduled based on student numbers.

•Drawing up teaching assignments for freelance lecturers and ensuring on-boarding

•Calculating the professorial quotas for the individual courses of study

•Scheduling of all courses and lectures for the Berlin location and, if applicable, for the locations in Hamburg, Iserlohn and Potsdam

•Creation of timetables for all degree programs at the Berlin campus in Campus Net

•Coordination and editing of the timetables in cooperation with the university teachers of all departments.

•Communicating with students in German and English

•Reservation of event rooms for optimal planning with regard to: timetable, rooms, students,lecturers and in compliance with various hygiene and safety concepts

•Entering and managing data in the student administration system Campus Net NT


Your profile:
•You have university degree and very good MS Office skills as well as knowledge of Campus Net

•You enjoy working in an international environment and you have good written and spoken German and English skills

•You set priorities and ensure that all deadlines are met on time

•You are enthusiastic about the education sector and convince with very good communication skills and manners as well as with a confident and friendly appearance

•A high degree of reliability, initiative,organizational talent, team spirit, commitment, loyalty and flexibility round up your profile
